Global Day of Prayer

Global Day of Prayer Coming up real soon - Pentecost Sunday, 31st May. Elim New Zealand is committed to being a part of the Global Day of Prayer.

Brilliant resources are available that will shift the prayer life of your church to a new level. Check out http://www.globaldayofprayer.com
- The 10-Day lead up is a great thing to do.
- Setting a room up for people to come and pray, with information and inspiration around the walls, will help people focus.
- For the day itself, joining with other churches would be the best thing, bringing the church community together.
If that is not possible, the most basic level of involvement would be to include the set prayer, "A Prayer for the World 2009", as part of your morning service.
You will be joining with at least half a billion people around the globe praying the same prayer - how powerful is that!!!!!!
